Terms of Use & Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
VineFlow helps churches stay connected: chats, announcements, serving teams, calendars and giving. By creating an account or using the VineFlow app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
1. Who can use VineFlow
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Most people join because their church invited them, or by scanning their church’s “Join as a visitor” code.
- Each church on VineFlow is run by its own super admins, who decide who joins and what role they have.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
2. Acceptable use — zero tolerance
VineFlow is a place for church community. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, share or send:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouragement of self-harm
- Hate speech or slurs about anyone’s race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity
- Sexual or pornographic content, or anything that sexualizes minors
- Graphic violence, or content that promotes illegal activity
- Someone else’s private information (phone, address, photos) without their permission
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading content
- Viruses or anything meant to harm VineFlow or the people who use it
3. How we keep VineFlow safe
- A content filter stops messages, announcements and comments with objectionable language from being posted.
- Anyone can report a message or block a person. Blocked people’s messages are hidden from you everywhere.
- Church super admins are notified of reports, and reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
- Content that breaks these terms is removed, and people who break them are removed from the church and may lose their VineFlow account.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give VineFlow permission to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, only to run the service. Church super admins can remove content in their church.
5. Giving
Gifts are paid to your church through our payment partner, Stripe. VineFlow doesn’t hold or keep your money. Your church is responsible for how gifts are used, for refunds, and for any tax receipts. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on your church’s status.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account, in the app or on the website. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed.
7. The service
We work hard to keep VineFlow running and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VineFlow isn’t liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the service.
We may update these terms. When we make important changes, the app and website ask you to review and agree again.
8. Contact
